FAQ
I ALREADY HAVE A JOB. CAN I DO THIS ON THE SIDE?
Most of our ambassadors do. A lot are coaches, teachers, trainers, or program directors with a full-time gig already. The work is conversations, demos, and follow-ups — you can run those on your schedule. The people who do best are the ones who already talk to coaches, parents, and athletes as part of their day.
I'M A COACH, NOT A SALESPERSON.
Good. We're not looking for salespeople. We're looking for credible people who already speak the language of youth sports. You don't have to "sell" — you have to start a conversation, hand someone a bracelet, and help them see how the platform works. The product does most of the heavy lifting once it's in front of the right person.
HOW DO I GET PAID?
We pay out commissions on the fundraising the teams you help launch generate. Specific payment schedules and methods are walked through during onboarding once your application is approved.
DO I NEED FUNDRAISING EXPERIENCE?
No. You need to know coaches, parents, AD's, or athletes — and be willing to start conversations. We give you the materials, the pitch, and the launch support. The platform is built so a 5-minute setup is realistic, which makes the conversation a lot easier.
CAN STUDENT ATHLETES APPLY?
Yes — if you're 18 or older, competitive, and connected in your sports community, we'll consider you. The program is built mostly around coaches and youth sports operators, but a small number of high-level student athletes do well in it.
WHAT DOES THE PLATFORM ACTUALLY DO?
Three things working together. A tap-to-donate bracelet that gives fans a frictionless way to support the team. A live leaderboard the coach controls so they can track dollars raised, clicks, and effort by athlete. A community page that brings multiple teams from the same school onto one branded fundraising hub.
